How quickly does OurToolkit reply to support emails?+
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Bug reports are prioritised and typically acknowledged within 12 hours. We do not guarantee replies on weekends or public holidays, but we do check regularly.
How do I report a bug with one of the free tools?+
Use the contact form above and select "Bug report" as the message type, or email 100plustools@gmail.com with the subject line "Bug Report: [Tool Name]". Include the tool URL, steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, your browser and version, and a screenshot if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it.
Can I suggest a new tool for OurToolkit?+
Yes — tool suggestions are genuinely welcome and this is how several of our current tools came to exist. Select "New tool suggestion" in the form above and describe what problem the tool would solve and who would use it. Tools requested by multiple users get added to our development roadmap. We review all suggestions, even if we can't reply to every one individually.
Does OurToolkit store any data I enter into the tools?+
No. All OurToolkit tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Data you enter — text, images, URLs, colours, files — is never sent to our servers and is never stored or logged. Once you close the tab, the data is gone. You can verify this by checking that most tools continue to work offline after the page has initially loaded.
Are the tools free? Will they stay free?+
Yes — OurToolkit is entirely free. There are no subscriptions, no premium tiers, and no sign-up requirements for any tool. The platform is funded by display advertising shown on the pages. We have no plans to introduce paywalls or paid tiers for any existing tools.
